The 2014 race attracted a record 1,500 runners and walkers. The 5K is run on the historic and legendary streets of Princeton, New Jersey & is a sanctioned Grand Prix event by the USA Track and Field Organization. This fun run has become a tradition for many area families. This year’s race is sponsored by 15 area businesses and the net proceeds from the race will be divided equally between four local organizations: The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County, Urban Promise of Trenton, Trenton Children’s Chorus, and Housing Initiatives of Princeton. Each runner is encouraged to bring with them canned food items that will be donated to The Crisis Ministry, whose van will be located in the race registration area at Trinity Church, located at 33 Mercer Street in Princeton.
