The Real Flavor Flav

A little last minute, but for those of you who know me, that just means I’m being consistent:

At 5:30 tonight, following the screening of the film Food Fight (part of the Princeton Public Library’s Environmental Film Festival), there will be a very cool—and potentially hunger-inducing—discussion panel, “Farming & Flavor,” on what it means when someone says, “It’s organic, so it just tastes better.” Listen to area farmers, chefs, researchers, and artisan processors explore the story behind the claim that ingredients raised on small-scale farms deliver the best flavor.
